NEIGHBOURHOOD STUDY
The analysis of neighbourhood data, including gender ratios, age demographics, and crime rates, has led to the creation of several semi-private areas in Hotel 460 to enhance customer safety and security. Also, considering that 77% of the community's population is of working age, various green spaces have been developed to offer a tranquil and stress-relieving environment, which supports the improved well-being of our residents.
